Richard Sekitoleko
Programme Manager

A graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Education, Richard coordinates programmes and other activities of the organisation. He is the Head Teacher of Kyazanga Modern Primary School which is one of the organisation programmes. His leadership has elevated the growth and development of the school through increased performance in academics and positioning itself among the best 10 primary schools in the region and among 200 best performing schools country wide a rare situation for a rural school. Richard coordinates a number of programmes working together with other team members.

John Sekitoleko
Director READ Project

A pioneer alumna of Joy For Humanity, John was appointed the Director of Rural Education and Action for Development (READ) Project on completion of his BSc in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Uganda Christian University in June 2017. John is responsible for coordinating the organisation projects and liaising with the UK office.
Together with the rest of the team, he is involved in identifying appropriate Self Empowerment Group (SEG) members, organising training and making sure that the members are ready to start a journey of self transformation and their families.

Cissy Nabayinda
Projects Coordinator

Cissy is a Nurse by profession but also possesses great experience in organizational development, project planning and management and good coordinating skills. Her accumulated skills have resulted into tangible outcomes in our projects.

As a professional nurse, she contributes immensely towards the health and nutritional development in the community, offers constant medical treatment and support services to the people. She provides practical training to women in income generating activities like handcraft besides her profession.

Jimmy Katumba
Communication Manager

An Information and Communication Technology graduate, Jimmy overseas the communications and dissemination activities of the Organisation. His coordinates the Public Relations, Publications and Web/Social activities in order to make sure the organisation publications are disseminated widely and in a timely manner. His experience in volunteer work is a plus to the effective coordination of Joy For Humanity volunteer activities.

Evelyne Nantongo
Finance Coordinator

Evelyn is the organisation’s comptroller and coordinates finances and accounting activities. She guides with daily and monthly decisions monitoring cash flow and understanding financial trends. Her experience enables her to accomplish financial task in an efficient and timely manner. Evelyn is a graduate of Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with IT from Sikkim Manipal University, India.

Gorreth Nakakeeto
Administrative Manager

A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Education, Gorreth coordinates the Administrative activities of the organisation. Her teamwork and organisation skills have been instrument in uplifting the organisation activities. She oversees the Bright Heart Children program and is responsible for training and monitoring of the activities. Her passion about children’s issues helps to create linkage between the children and their families.

Susan Nakiganda
Health/Welfare Coordinator

Susan’s motherly approach to community activities has been essential in seeing the organisation flourish. She coordinates the community women who are instrument in family empowerment projects and identifying solutions for social issues. A trained and experienced nurse, Susan offers medical support and guidance to the organisation target group.

David Kamulegeya 'Fox'
Projects Consultant

David is a self-driven and established person in leadership skills, project development, NGO establishment and management. His worker with as project supervisor and site monitoring with different organisation including Uganda Humanitarian service of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints has made him gain experience working with people and various communities. His experience is key to the success of Joy For Humanity Projects activities.
